1. How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?

will be taken to the gift certificate order page. You will then have
the option to choose the amount you would like to purchase.
3. What happens if the e-mail address of the
Gift Certificate is undeliverable?
Should that happen, we will contact you
to verify the recipient's e-mail address. Upon your verification,
we will attempt to deliver the Electronic Gift Certificate, via e-mail,
once again.
4. How will I know that my Gift Certificate
gift has been sent?
We will send you an e-mail confirming
your purchase of the Electronic Gift Certificate. This will also be
your notification that the Electronic Gift Certificate has been sent.
Redeeming a Gift Certificate is easy. Simply
shop our site as normal. During checkout, you will be asked for a
"Discount Code or Gift Certificate PIN". Enter the code
and the total price of your order will automatically be discounted.
4. What if my purchase total is less than
the amount of my Gift Certificate?
If you don't use your entire balance, we will
save the remaining balance so you can use it toward future purchases.
Your Gift Certificate will remain valid for one year after the date
it was originally issued.
5. What if my purchase total is greater than
the amount of my Gift Certificate?
If your order total exceeds your Gift Certificate
balance, then you will be prompted for credit card information or
another payment method for the difference.
7. What happens if I forgot my Gift Certificate
PIN number?
We can help; but first try contacting
the person who gave you the gift certificate. If that fails contact
us and we can give you the PIN. Please have the name and e-mail address
used to purchase the gift certificate for verification purposes
