We strive to ensure that every item we carry
is always available; however due to customer demand, occasionally
an item may be out-of-stock and as a result not available to ship
within our normal processing turnaround time. In this case we would
provide you with the option to either cancel, replace or backorder
any unavailable items. In addition we would offer you a discount
for any inconvenience. Your satisfaction is our primary objective.
2. How long will I have to wait should I choose to backorder an item from my order that is not readily available to ship?
In most cases, we are required to wait
for re-prints from the publisher. The time involved is typically 1-2
weeks for delivery, depending on the publisher's printing schedule.
3. What if one or more of the items on my order
are available to ship, and one or more items are not?
You will have the option to split your
order and ship available items separately, accepting additional shipment
charges at our normal rates - see "shipping
& handling."
4. Are out-of-stock items always available for reorder/backorder?
The artists, artist's estate, and/or
publishers have the final say if an item will remain in print. An
item can be permanently discontinued and not available for backorder.
This information is given to inform you of all possibilities, although
this is an extremely rare situation.
5. How will my credit card be affected by out-of-stock
items from my placed order?
In no way. Your credit card will only
be charged when your order ships, and not when your order was submitted
to us; therefore, it requires no adjustment.
