| If your item purchased with WallPlace.com
does not meet your expectations, or if you are not satisfied in
any way, you may exchange it or return the item within 30 days and
we'll issue a refund for the full purchased price.
Unless we receive notification within 5 days of receipt that your
print was received damaged, no credit can be issued on prints which
we receive back damaged or in an altered condition.
Please note that we cannot refund damaged
items that were arrived in perfect condition.

| You must inform our staff, via e-mail,
prior to shipping a return, in order to receive proper instructions
and authorization.
Please return the product in its original
packaging along with your packing slip. If you do not have your
original packing slip, please include a separate sheet of paper
including the order number, name, and address.
Please include the following with your returned
item:
- Please provide a brief reason why this item(s) is being returned.
- Please indicate if you would like a refund, store credit, or exchange.
WallPlace.com may be unable to process returns
without explanation of the reason for the return, with the order
number.
Prints and posters tear, get creased, and bruised very easily if
not handled properly; so pack your return with great care. We represent
that you have received your print in perfect condition. We recommend
using UPS Ground Service to send your return. UPS provides insurance
and a tracking number on all its shipments, which will be required
to issue your credit in the unlikely event that a shipment is lost
while in transit back to us.
