1. How will my order be packaged?
Prints and Posters are shipped in extra strength/thick cardboard tubes for optimal durability and protection. Canvas Editions and Plak Editions are carefully packed in foam and bubble wrap in a sturdy container. We take great care and attention to ensure that all orders are packed carefully prior to shipping.


2. Can I ship to a P.O. box? Can you ship to an APO?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/Military Addresses.


3. Do you offer faster shipping rates?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail which guarantees that your order will take no longer then 2-3 days in transit (this dose not include processing time). In order to keep the shipping prices low, we have chosen the most economical shipping method for you.


4. How do I ship my items somewhere other than to my billing address?
During the checkout process, you are provided the option to enter a shipping address that is different from the billing address.


5. Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
Only one shipping address and billing address can be used per order. If you wish to ship items to more than one shipping address, you must place separate orders.


6. Is my package insured?
WallPlace.com guarantees your satisfaction. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, we will take full responsibility to correct the issue. See Our Return Policy for more information.


7. What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate shipment?
We will offer you an option to ship the in-stock items on your order separately, while waiting to restock any temporarily out-of-stock items. However, this option will incur an additional shipping fee.


8. Can I track my order after it has been placed?
We keep you informed at each stage of your order, including tracking information as soon as it is available to us. Please be sure to check your e-mail for any updates on your order.


9. How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification E-mail. This E-mail will provide you with the date your order was shipped.


10. What if I have not yet received my order but it shows that it has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, please allow appropriate time for delivery. See above, for processing/delivery times.


11. What happens to undeliverable packages?
We monitor each order after it is shipped and take the initiative to ensure delivery. If it is lost, a replacement order will be processed and shipped immediately.


12. What if there's a problem with my order? How do I return it?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it for a full refund minus the shipping cost. See Our Return Policy for more information.


13. This is a gift; is the recipient going to see the costs, and can I add a gift note?
The packing slip does not include any pricing information. The e-mail notifications, however, do reference pricing; so if you are sending a gift, we suggest you do not use the recipient's e-mail address. At this time, we do not offer gift cards that can be enclosed in shipments, but we do offer a gift message option that is included on the packing slip.
