strength/thick cardboard tubes for optimal durability and protection.
Canvas Editions and Plak Editions are carefully packed in foam and
bubble wrap in a sturdy container. We take great care and attention
to ensure that all orders are packed carefully prior to shipping.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority
mail which guarantees that your order will take no longer then 2-3
days in transit (this dose not include processing time). In order
to keep the shipping prices low, we have chosen the most economical
shipping method for you.
Only one shipping address and billing
address can be used per order. If you wish to ship items to more than
one shipping address, you must place separate orders.

7. What happens if only a portion of my order
is available for immediate shipment?
We will offer you an option to ship the
in-stock items on your order separately, while waiting to restock
any temporarily out-of-stock items. However, this option will incur
an additional shipping fee.
We keep you informed at each stage of
your order, including tracking information as soon as it is available
to us. Please be sure to check your e-mail for any updates on your
order.
We monitor each order after it is shipped and
take the initiative to ensure delivery. If it is lost, a replacement
order will be processed and shipped immediately.
12. What if there's a problem with my order? How
do I return it?
If you are not completely satisfied with your
order, please return it for a full refund minus the shipping cost.

13. This is a gift; is the recipient going to
see the costs, and can I add a gift note?
The packing slip does not include any
pricing information. The e-mail notifications, however, do reference
pricing; so if you are sending a gift, we suggest you do not use the
recipient's e-mail address. At this time, we do not offer gift cards
that can be enclosed in shipments, but we do offer a gift message
option that is included on the packing slip.
